The Best Companies for Event Stand Interiors

Here at Worldwide Structures Ltd., we’ve built structures for a variety of businesses at an equally diverse range of events. Our structures and their designs, however, are only one part of what makes a showcase stand out. From product launches to sponsorship structures, without proper consideration of what goes on inside your structure, you might as well not bother showcasing at all.

We’ve worked with a number of different interior suppliers, each with their own specialities. And we thought we’d list a few of the best to help you find interior suppliers that you can trust.

We’ve presented these in no particular order – each has their own specialities, so we’ll do our best to help you find the one that works best for you.

Two Squared

The first words when you arrive on Two Squared’s website are “Creating presence in crowded spaces” and they live up to those words completely. We’ve worked with Two Squared on a number of hugely successful projects, including our Czinger showcase at Geneva International Motorshow in 2020, which might have never been experienced in person by guests due to the pandemic, but the sleek design – inside and out – drew attention from Top Gear Magazine.

It’s not just monochrome, sleek, modern showcase interiors that Two Squared excel in. They’ve also helped Aston Martin Heritage tell the story of their amazing restoration capabilities at Retromobile Paris, creating an exciting and educational space that put the incredible cars at the forefront.

Of course, there’s plenty more than Two Squared does than just helping car brands put their best foot forward for prospective customers. Though, like us, they’re regulars at Goodwood Festival of Speed, they’ve also helped sports technology company Stats Perform put on an incredible showcase at ICE London 2020, with bright orange detailing, plenty of space for visitors and Stats Perform’s own team.

Two Squared’s stylistic interiors work well for a variety of showcases, and with a focus on stand-out creativity and welcoming functional designs, they manage to create spaces that engage people.

The Technical Department

Now, from a company that creates incredible interiors to a company that makes incredible spaces function. The Technical Department provide electrical solutions for events, ranging from incredible lighting production to allowing showcases the best access to high-tech solutions that set them apart at an event.

Working with Secret Cinema, they didn’t just help put together a one-to-one recreation of the ‘Scoops Ahoy Ice Cream Parlour’, but supported the entire immersive experience with temporary power and site lighting (including emergency lighting should it be required) allowing for that Stranger Things atmosphere expected by visitors.

The Technical Department don’t let function get in the way of their clients’ creativity either. They claim, “Whatever your requirement we make it happen” and working with them, we’ve seen it with our own eyes. From event showcases, to temporary classrooms, to the London Olympic Games, they’ve shown time and time again that they can rise to any requirements you might have.

But it isn’t just amazing service that puts The Technical Department on this list. Just like us, The Technical Department have a big focus on sustainability and efficient energy. If you’re looking for a company that can support your technical needs whilst also caring about your showcase’s carbon footprint, you don’t have to look any further.

Now to a company who are experts in floral and plant installations. You really have to see these to believe them. Natural Green Creative Spaces give a classic yet modern look to so many of the structures we’ve worked with them on.

You might think that their strong niche limits them to specific events, but they’ve supported Air Shows like the Royal International Air Tattoo, horse racing like Royal Ascot, car shows like Goodwood Festival of Speed, and even product launches like Xbox’s Forza Horizon 4 launch.
